Civil Engineer (IPN, 2001). Doctor in Structural Analysis (since 2007, UPC) and researcher at CIMNE. Holds 6 years of experience in the field of structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel and masonry structures. He is currently developing his PhD in the field of analysis of real-life reinforced concrete structures with masonry in-fill. His research activities in CIMNE are focused on combining laminated two-dimensional shell elements with composite materials to numerically reproduce the non-linear behavior of tree-dimensional structures.
