In the current edition of the Erasmus Mundus program, the scholarship includes "Contribution to travel, installation and any other type of costs".

We offer to the Category A scholarship holders (those selected in the main list) the possibility of purchasing from CIMNE the flight tickets from their home to the first institution (either Barcelona or Swansea). Thus, they do not have to pay the full price of the plane ticket (significantly higher than 500 euro).

If they accept this possibility a deposit of 500 euro is required to guarantee that they will take up their place. We cannot afford to purchase tickets for students who decline the offer at the last minute (we have experienced such cases in the past). The deposit will be reimbursed to them with their first stipend payment.

Deadline for submitting the request to purchase the plane ticket: May 15
