PhD Student/Doctoral Researcher in Civil Engineering. MSc in Geographic Information Systems from Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and Bachelor’s Degree from Albright College (Reading, USA). His experience includes working in various private sector areas as a GIS analyst, database administrator and developer. He has also been a volunteer for environmental and agricultural cooperative development in Honduras and Panama.

His present research is in developing data sharing – CMS/marketplace and GIS services – to facilitate scientific collaboration and analysis on an international level. This involves development of services for GIS platforms (principally in Python and related geolibraries) using model and numerical method-based tools for territorial/environmental change and climate emergency management.
