CIMNE ends 2018 with more than 60,000 citations to its scientific publications


CIMNE has ended 2018 with a total of 61,673 citations to the scientific papers of its researchers 5378 of them during 2018 (62,029 citations at January 11th, 2019). The most citated papers of the centre are, in the first position, A constitutive model for partially saturated soils (Géotechnique 40 (3), 405-430, 1990), authored by Eduardo E. Alonso, Antonio Gens and Alejandro Josa (2522 citations); in the second place, A plastic-damage model for concrete by J. Lubliner, J. Oliver, S. Oller, E. Oñate (International Journal of solids and structures, 25 (3), 299-326, 1989). In the third position, with 904 citations, A finite point method in computational mechanics. Applications to convective transport and fluid flow (International journal for numerical methods in engineering 39 (22), 3839-3866, 904, 1996). The CIMNE cumulative h-index according Google Scholar is 114, and the i10 index is 853.
