MEDITERRANEAN-PYRENEES MANUFACTURING GROUP

The first symposium on sciences and technologies in Manufacturing in the Euroregion gathering the European Regions of Midi-Pyrénées, Languedoc Rousillon, Aragón, Catalunya, València and Illes Balears will take place on the 29th of April 2010 at the Laboratoire de Mécanique et Génie Civil/UMR5508 of the Université Montpellier 2.

The purpose of the symposium is to allow different kinds of actors to meet and exchange their techniques and their high knowledge in the fields of Manufacturing. The symposium has the aim to become a demonstrative of the different capacities contained in the Mediterranean-Pyrénées Euroregion, and more in particular, in the universities and schools linked to this initiative. The symposium will include the presentation of some outstanding research results in the different labs, as well as discussions on how to articulate a collaborative working group leaded by existing structures for transfer and Innovation.

The symposium is open and everybody is welcome to assist and share points of view, perspectives and strategies on the subject.
